Description:
For millennia the world’s greatest master builders have successfully designed and built extraordinary works, risking their reputations and their very lives on the performance of these structures. Recent generations have seen unprecedented developments in understanding of mechanics, production of materials, and methods of analysis. Suddenly, those of this most noble profession must demonstrate regular study of ethics to continue to practice. What went wrong?
